Upgrading an item that is Item Level Rank 6 or lower requires no achievement.

The cap makes me pretty disgruntled. Wait hang on a sec, there's a season maximum you can earn? Like if you hit that you can't get anymore valor at all this season? Theres no way that can be right. So long as ur not capped on weekly amount u should be able to earn valor.

Have to agree with most others that it was communicated very clearly that this was exactly how the system was going to work. It seems pretty dumb that i need a week and a half to upgrade my 2h weapon. The 5k cap in the first week when we couldnt even upgrade our old gear , and then more a week, is really annoying.
