Good advice as usual from Muc, but I would be limiting the lift to 25 or 30mm only. The RAV is all independent and is bitumen focused and the suspension movement is limited by the relatively short suspension arms.

If you lift it too much then all you will do is limit the downward suspension movement so when you hit a pot hole for example instead of the suspension dropping into the hole you will find it dropping as far as it can and then lurching as the whole car drops on that point.
