I was only there for a year and a half and when I left only a handful of employees that were there on my first day were still there on my last day.

A typical day at work consists of a morning meeting with our team, followed by phone calls to potential candidates, conducting interviews, networking, etc. We often take tours of our current clients and frequently celebrate as a team. The most enjoyable part of the job is the culture of the office and the people I work with.

But anyone who wants to be successful can be, you have the support system from upper level management and corporate management to do so. It is a great place to work with plenty of opportunity for career advancement. And it is amazing to be able to do something for a living that impacts so many peoples lives on a daily basis. Working internally at Aerotek is not for the faint of heart as there are a lot of uncontrollable factors with the industry we are in.

I came to Aerotek right after college and was able to find mentorship that allowed me to grow well beyond what I thought was possible.
