I was only there for a year and a half and when I left only a handful of employees that were there on my first day were still there on my last day.

But anyone who wants to be successful can be, you have the support system from upper level management and corporate management to do so. It is a great place to work with plenty of opportunity for career advancement. And it is amazing to be able to do something for a living that impacts so many peoples lives on a daily basis. Working internally at Aerotek is not for the faint of heart as there are a lot of uncontrollable factors with the industry we are in.
